We are in Texas.

Just a quick update... I will have more details soon. I am tired and moving is stressful

So we made it to Texas. Texas is different but I am enjoying it. I picked up the house keys today and the moving truck gets here tomorrow. I got to see the house for the first time. I can't wait to get our stuff in it and make it our own.

The weather is good right now. I am not looking forward to the heat coming.

I am big girl because I found the post office and the realtors office in another city today.

"Daddy you are not a big girl... you are a big boy." Lanae

"Mommy can I watch pickle me" Lanae

She meant Despicable me.

"SMOOCH MOM" Lanae

Today after Lanae tooted in the car I asked her "what do you say" I was hoping to get an excuse me but instead I got a "thank you"

I was goofing off with Mordecai at Desi's for FHE and he rolled off the couch and looked up at me and said " Kristal you made me eat it"

During this same evening I was explaning to Emily that I need to sit next to Lanae and help her eat because sometimes she is lazy and does not want to feed herself. Then Mordecai looked over at the table at Lanae and said " Lanae you are LAAAZZZYY "

Mordecai cracks me up with is grunting voice.

After going to the doctor and find out Lanae has ezcema we got special lotion for her break outs. At night I tell her we have to put on her special ezcema lotion before bed. Tonight she told me "Mom we need to put on my enema lotion"

7/22/2011- Tonight Lanae was making a pretend grocery list. She was asking us what we needed at the store and Matt and I were spouting things like cheese, fruit, juice and etc... Then Matt said "shoes" and Lanae looked at our shoe basket by the door and said " Daddy you don't need shoes you have plenty of shoes" Matt and I both started to crack up. I love that girl !!!

8/11/2011-

On our way home from Walmart. Lanae notices for the first time a building with a large sign that has a picture of a high heeled shoe on it. And she says " Mom look a shoe store" she was so excited she loves shoes. But what she can't read on the sign is that it says Stilletos Caberat a strip club. Matt and I both cracked up laughing. She is so innocent.

8/25/2011-

Today Lanae come in from playing outside with her new friend LaRee and her pants were a little wet. I asked Lanae why are you pants wet? She said "I went potty". I asked her if she had an accident. Then LaRee who is 4 said "no she went potty outside in the grass." I asked Lanae and she said "yes I went potty outside like Leo does."
I couldn't believe it my daughter dropped her pants and underware and just squatted in the grass. HILARIOUS !!
